Champions Circle 2025 FAQ

What is Champion’s Circle?

Champions Circle is Supplemental Health Care’s annual celebration of our teams, our impact, and our successes. Every year, we bring together team members from across the company to celebrate somewhere special.

Past trips have taken us from Bermuda to San Diego and from Vancouver to Aruba. This year, we’re celebrating in Nashville, Tennessee.

Where and when is Champions Circle?

This year, Champions Circle will be held at the Conrad in Nashville, Sept 10-13, 2025.

We’ll have more information on things to do in Nashville, our event schedule, and everything else you’ll need to know as we get closer to the event, so check the event page for the latest updates and everything you’ll need to know.

How do I qualify to attend?

Each role in the company has specific criteria for attending. To find out the criteria for your role, check with your manager or look on the Knowledge Web under Administration >> Annual Meeting >> “Champions Circle Program Guidelines”.

When will I know if I’m invited?

The first round of invites is usually sent in June, but most attendees will receive their RSVPs in July. We’ll be working to get invites out to winners as early as possible, but you can watch the monthly trend report to know where you stand.

Are spouses and significant others invited?

Of course! As part of your RSVP, you’ll tell us about any guests. You’ll want to plan for their travel costs and some of their food at the event. We will have a breakfast lunch and dinner option for every day, but if you want to grab lunch off property while you’re exploring or go out for drinks after dinner, plan those extra costs.

Is Champions Circle fun?

Champions Circle is always a great time for coming together with colleagues from all over the company. We try our best to make every year special and have lots of fun already planned. Plus, we want to give you plenty of free time to experience the location for yourself.

What is there to do in Nashville?

Within a short ride (or even a 10-15 minute walk) of the hotel, you can explore Nashville’s honky-tonk scene, world-famous music venues like the Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and Music Row, where thousands of hit songs have been recorded. If you’re a country music fan, Nashville is where history was made, but even if country isn’t your thing, the city has so much culture, music, and fun to offer that we guarantee you’ll have a blast.

I still have questions. Who do I call?

Give your Champions Circle Team a shout, and we can help with anything you need.

Can I rent a car during our stay in Nashville?

We recommend that employees avoid renting cars for the trip. We will provide transportation to and from the airport for all guests, and given the location of the property and parking challenges in many parts of town, walking or using ride share services is usually a less expensive and easier option for getting around Nashville. Because we will be providing transportation for guests during the event, be aware that SHC will not reimburse attendees for car rentals during the trip.
