Packing for Champions Circle in Nashville means being ready for warm weather, outdoor fun, and nights filled with celebration (and dancing). Nashville in September can be hot during the day, especially if you’re outside—think upper 80s with plenty of sunshine. Evenings tend to stay warm, especially downtown.
Here are a few must-pack items to help you stay cool, comfortable, and ready to shine:
- Lightweight, breathable clothing for daytime
- Comfortable shoes for walking (and dancing!)
- A light jacket or wrap in case indoor venues get chilly
- Sunscreen and sunglasses
- A hat or cap for daytime exploring
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
Once you’ve packed the basics, it’s time to think about what to wear to our main events. We’ve outlined the dress code and vibes for each evening below. Overall, casual and comfortable is the name of the game—but each night has its own flair.
Wednesday Welcome Dinner
Dress Code: Casual
Location: Outdoor event space
After a day of travel, we’re kicking off Champions Circle with an easygoing welcome night under the Nashville sky. Expect a casual atmosphere, outdoor setting, and a warm Southern breeze—so plan for breathable fabrics and flat shoes.
Think: sundresses, polos, short-sleeved button-downs, nice jeans or shorts, and comfortable sandals or sneakers.
Pro tip: We’ll be outside, so skip the layers—unless you’re prone to getting chilly in the evening.

Recommended attire includes:
- Button-down shirts, polos, slacks
- Casual cocktail or midi dresses
- Blazers optional, heels optional
- No flip flops, distressed denim, or t-shirts, please
This is a seated indoor dinner, so dress like you’re headed to a fancy team dinner, not a wedding.
